Working with Significant Others

When relationship tensions arise, it can help to involve partners or family members—either directly in sessions or indirectly through phone, email, or letters—since they often have useful perspectives; sometimes one-on-one work with a professional is best, and the choice to include others should always be yours.

EMDR & BLSR
