Libby graduated from St. Mary’s University of Minnesota with a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy. She is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with specialized experience in the areas of childhood attachment and trauma.

 She often teaches mindfulness and relaxation skills, providing an experience in therapy that is calming and encourages connecting mind and body. She brings encouragement, compassion, humor, non-judgment and care to the therapy experience. She enjoys working with adults, children and adolescents. People often consult her about their child or teen’s behaviors and issues, relationship concerns, parenting, depression, anxiety, panic attacks, and traumatic experiences. Libby offers Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. She has additional training in Theraplay, Yoga Calm for Children and LGBTQ issues

 Libby lives in Minneapolis with her husband and two daughters. She enjoys yoga, biking, laughing, cooking, reading, and time spent with family and friends.
