COVID & Other Infectious Disease Preparedness Plan Update

Parkdale Therapy Group (PTG), LLC remains committed to providing a safe and healthy workplace for our staff, visitors, and clients. To better ensure we have a safe and healthy workforce, PTG staff have been fully vaccinated, and have adopted the following COVID-19 Preparedness Plan in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, and in response to the most recent CDC, Federal, and State guidelines.

We hope to mitigate the potential transmission of COVID-19 and other illnesses in our workplace and we know that overall health in all communities requires cooperation among our therapists and clients. Our therapists are our most important asset, and we are continuing to monitor changes in the overall health of our workplace, communities, nation, and world.

Please consider the health of your therapist and other clients when deciding to see your therapist in person. All staff, clients, and visitors experiencing symptoms of any illness should refrain from in-person visits and schedule a telehealth session.

Staff and clients are instructed to remain at home until they are symptom-free and have a temperature of <100.0 degrees for 24 hours and have followed the recommendation of their healthcare provider. We recommend regular health screening, isolation, and possibly quarantine when feeling ill, running a fever, or after having been exposed to someone else who is ill.

We support mask-wearing in our lobby and hallways for those who:

  • Have not been fully vaccinated

  • Are under 12 & for those traveling with those under 12

  • Have compromised immune system

  • Are not feeling comfortable without a mask

PTG will continue to provide hand sanitizer throughout the suite and encourage regular use. The building maintenance team routinely sanitizes the restrooms as well as our suite. Medical grade filtration is working in our waiting area and in each of the individual offices. While we cannot provide a completely germ-free office, will continue to follow the CDC, Federal, and State guidelines.
