Jessica is a licensed psychologist, and has been practicing since 1996. She works with adolescents, young adults, adults, and families. Her practice includes consulting with people on a wide range of issues, including, but not limited to depression and anxiety. Jessie also sees people wanting help with grief, chemical health, sexual compulsivity, weight issues, and adoption issues. Jessie also does quite a bit of work with couples (both gay and straight), college and graduate students, as well as professionals in the medical and legal community.

Jessie received her doctorate degree from the Minnesota School of Professional Psychology, and completed her APA approved clinical internship at St. Cloud Hospital. Her clinical work with clients is informed by Solution Focused and Narrative Therapy perspective. More recently, Jessie has begun to incorporate the mindfulness and behavioral approaches of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) into the mix as well.
