Jessica is a licensed psychologist who has been practicing since 1996. She works with adults, young adults, and families. Her practice includes consulting with people on a wide range of issues, including, but not limited to depression and anxiety. Jessie also sees people wanting help with chemical health, sexual compulsivity, weight issues, and adoption issues. She enjoys working with college and graduate students, as well as professionals in the medical and legal community.


Jessie works with both individuals and families facing issues around death and dying, as well as serious illness. She is always interested in incorporating the client’s thoughts about faith and spirituality into the conversations if a client wishes to do so. Jessie also works with relationships and communication issues, as well as transitions around commitment, marriage, and divorce. She particularly enjoys working with adult children and parent relationships.

Jessie received her doctorate degree from the Minnesota School of Professional Psychology and completed her APA-approved clinical internship at St. Cloud Hospital. Her clinical work with clients is informed by Solution-Focused and Narrative Therapy perspective. Jessie also incorporates the mindfulness and behavioral approaches of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) into the mix as well.
